What this is
CoffeePGH is a directory and guide to coffee in Pittsburgh. It lists 116 coffee shops, sorted by neighborhood, with ranked picks in our neighborhood guides, a bean finder for buying beans from local roasters, dated updates on openings and closings, and brew gear notes for coffee at home.
Where details come from
We use each shop’s own website, and pages linked from it, first. Every listing shows the date we checked it.
What we leave out
If we can’t confirm an address or schedule, we leave it out rather than guess. No invented addresses, phones, hours or ratings.
Beans in stock
Every stock line in the bean finder shows a confidence tier, a date and a source. Roaster web stores are read automatically; anything else is entered by a person and reviewed first. How we know what’s in stock.
